Presentation Description
Join experienced professional hypnotist Mary Cohen for a powerful and engaging session designed specifically for nurses. Discover how to harness the power of NLP and hypnosis to reduce stress, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being.
During this meeting, we will reflect on our accomplishments from the past year, discuss ongoing initiatives, and unveil our plans for the future. This is also a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, share ideas, and set our collective goals for the year ahead.

Lauren Chapnick is a registered nurse at Northern Westchester Hospital and nursing school success coach who knows the ins and outs of navigating the overwhelming experience of nursing school. As a mother of two young girls and owner of a pet care company in New York City, she successfully completed an accelerated Manhattanville College's second degree BSN program and passed her NCLEX while developing seven key habits that brought her success throughout her nursing school journey. Her personal mission is to share these habits, techniques, and strategies with nursing students so they can ultimately become the best nurse they can be. Lauren's unique perspective as a second-career nurse and working mother gives her a compassionate and practical approach to coaching students. She currently lives in Westchester County, NY with her family and beloved dog, Minnie.
